Loaded Fries

I have had loaded fries at many restaurants.  Because most come with a chili or tomatoes and other things that people in my family choose not to eat or can’t  eat due to seeds I decided to make up a batch of my own using ingredients we all love.

Loaded Fries

1 bag frozen french fries, amy variety will do I use Wegmans brand crinkle cut.

4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp then cut into small pieces

1 green onion, cut

4 ounces cheddar cheese

sour cream, about 1/2 cup or more per your taste

salt and pepper

Directions:

In an air fryer cook your fries based on your model directions, if no air fryer bake in oven per directions,  cook until done. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

In the cake pan of your air fryer add the cooked fries, or leave fries on baking dish but mound them up together.

place cheese on top of fries.  air fry about 3 minutes or broil about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

once cheese is melted add bacon, onion and sour cream dolloped on top.  Eat and enjoy.
