Acorn Donuts

I love making treats for school.  Acorn donuts are a simple treat that look cute and can be made quickly with just a few items.  I use Nutella, but if allergies are a problem, melted chocolate or even chocolate frosting can be used.

Happy Fall!!

You will need:

Jar of Nutella, if allergies are a concern you can also use chocolate frosting

1 box glazed or plain donut holes

fall theme sprinkles, if you can’t find any crushed peanuts can also be used.

pretzel sticks

(the list is not exact measurements, because you can make as little or as many as you need)

Microwave a heaping tablespoon of Nutella (or frosting) in microwave for 10 seconds.

Dip a donut hole into the warmed Nutella

Break a pretzel stick in half and place inside the donut in the middle of the Nutella

Now, sprinkle fall sprinkles over the Nutella.
