I love making pasta dishes in the summer because you don’t need to heat up a hot oven. This is a quick recipe and you don’t need too many ingredients. If you have a lot of tomatoes in your garden you can always make the sun dried tomatoes yourself and use them in this recipe.
CHICKEN AND SUN-DRIED TOMATO PASTA
Chicken (you can use rotisserie that you slice up with skin off, a box of ready-made cut chicken, 2 cooked boneless chicken breast.) (I usually use leftover chicken)
½ jar sun dried tomato that is packed in oil, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 pint heavy whipping cream
16 oz. pasta, cooked per directions
½ cup parmesan cheese
Dash of red pepper flakes
Cook pasta per directions.
While the pasta is cooking, in a large sauce pan combine whipping cream, sun dried tomatoes and garlic powder and chicken. Simmer the sauce, when warmed through add parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. When noodles are done, drain and add them to the sauce. Mix to combine and serve.

Her first text message made me smile.
Her second made my dick hard, which made me feel like a dirty old man.
It wasn’t the message itself; it was the confidence she had to send it in the first place. The fiery personality at thirteen was cute and endearing. At nineteen, it was fucking sexy as hell.
Hold it together, Professor.
I thought about Julia over the years because the last time I saw her, it broke my fucking heart to pieces and pissed me off.
I felt guilty because I knew what a prick my best friend had been to his family. I saw it daily and never had the balls to call him on it. He led and I followed him into some seedy dark places. Places his family had no clue about, places that broke up my own marriage six years ago. I was betrayed in the worst way and had no desire to have a woman on my arm.
I required one in my bed on occasion.
But never a student.

I love having parties at my house for family and friends. I always like to have theme food and desserts for the holidays. With 4th of July right around the corner, I thought I would share this easy Smores Pop recipe. The decorations can be switched to fit any holiday. Enjoy!!
1 bag milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Crisco shortening
About 15 marshmallows
Sucker sticks, one per marshmallow
About 2 graham crackers, crushed
Place graham crackers in a Ziploc bag, smash with a meat mallet or a fry pan, until you get the consistency you want for garnishing the marshmallow. Place crushed crackers on a plate set aside.
Prepare a foil lined cookie sheet for the pops.
Place milk chocolate chips and Crisco in a microwave safe bowl, I use a 2 cup glass measuring cup. Heat 30 seconds, stir, continue to heat 30 seconds at a time and stir until melted.
Place a marshmallow on sucker stick, dip in melted chocolate, now dip into graham cracker. Place on a foil lined pan.
Place finished pops in fridge for one hour to set.
Serve and enjoy!!!
