The BIG GAME will be here before you know it.  If your like me your team is never in the game to cheer for, but the commercials are always fun to watch.  While watching the game we love to prepare snacks to enjoy.  I have a tasty recipe for CORN DIP.  Its really quick and easy to make and you can double the recipe for a bigger crowd.

Corn Dip

Ingredients:

3 cans corn, drained

8 oz. cream cheese, cubed

1 can diced tomatoes, drained

Jalapenos in the jar, as many sliced as you like per your taste, chopped (I used about 7)

A dash of salt, pepper, garlic powder and cumin.  Just a dash of each to start.  Taste when done season more as needed

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a microwave safe bowl.  Microwave for 1 minute, mix to combine.  Taste and season as needed per your taste. Mix again to combine.

Transfer to a buttered pie plate or a 8X8 glass pan.

Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes

Serve with nacho scoops

Enjoy!!!
